Sometimes when you’re working you’ll run out of disk space. Especially on lab computers. There are a few places that you can delete files in order to free up space. Any cache files can be deleted no problem. They will get rebuilt as necessary by software. In the labs, you can also delete files stored in the Movies or Pictures folders, since labs are shared spaces and everyone is expected to keep their own copies of their work.
Some common places to check are:
/Users/user_name/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Media Cache Files
You can easily navigate to those harder to get to folders by pressing Cmd + Shift + G and then copy pasting the path.
